Pitbikestore.it offers the possibility to return the products within 14 days of receipt of the goods to the customer-consumer.
A customer-consumer is a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form.
Customers who purchase with VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
To proceed with the return it is necessary that the products are in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing or assembly, with their original box and / or bags, labels, instructions and everything that was included. They must therefore be in the same state in which they were purchased.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. This communication must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the communication has been sent, wait for confirmation and insert the goods to be returned in the package and a copy of the proof of purchase.
Properly pack the goods and the original packaging itself in order to ensure integrity during transport.

We recommend a shipping service with tracking as the sender will be responsible for any damage, non-delivery, delays.
Return costs (shipping / packaging costs) are charged to the customer.
For non-EU countries: before making the return, inquire with your authorities if there is the possibility of a refund of the taxes and VAT paid.
When filling in the customs declaration forms, it is necessary to indicate "Returned goods - Failed sale" and attach them to the outside of the package. Please follow the return procedure carefully as if customs duties / charges are found, the package will NOT be accepted and will be rejected (blocked at customs or sent back with any additional costs always borne by the sender).
Once received, the products will be subjected to a thorough check to ensure that they meet the return conditions.
Within 10 working days of receipt of the goods, once the inspection has been passed, it will be possible to choose between a voucher for the value of the returned goods with a validity of 6 months or a refund. In both cases the shipping and handling costs incurred will be deducted.
The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen during the purchase.
If payment has been made by "bank transfer", the refund will be made by bank transfer. It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (account holder and IBAN code).
If payment has been made by "Credit Card", the re-credit may be delayed a few days before it can be viewed (depends on the type of card used).
